After work dinner: Broccoli and potato soup

As in Auckland, my Melbourne flatmates are wonderful with sharing their food with me. They are always so delicious, I am so lucky! The broccoli are from our very own backyard. 

- Vegetable broth and potatoes in a big pot until the potatoes are tender
- Add broccoli, cover to steam for a while, then puree the potatoes with a blender
- Season with salt and pepper as desired (our soup was already pretty salty, even without), or even cream if you have any (we didn't)

Pretty easy! There may have been some garlic or herbs that I didn't see going in. The soup was not too runny, not too thick, just perfect.
