Tricycle Cafe is meant to be one of the top best coffee places in Hobart. Unfortunately I was sick from too much sun so had to pass on the opportunity, but the mild tea and cake was lovely.  

You can sick inside the little inside area, or the courtyard area outside. It's 'outside' but still covered, since Tricycle Cafe is part of the Arts Centre in Salamanca Square, where they have weekly Salamanca Markets every Saturday. Best to go on weekdays, since Market days are busy and you will have to be very very lucky to get a place in the cafe.
